Account Deletion Request
We understand that circumstances may lead you to the decision of deleting your account. If you wish to proceed with the account deletion process, please follow the instructions below.

Important Note:
Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it will be permanently lost. This includes your profile information, activity history, and any content you have created or shared.

Before proceeding, please ensure you have downloaded any data or content you wish to keep.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Log in to your account: Ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
  2. Navigate to the Account Deletion Form: Go to your profile section and look for the “Account Settings” or a similar option. Within this section, you will find the “Account Deletion” form. Fill in the required information, including your reason for account deletion (optional but appreciated for our improvement).
  3. Confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your account deletion request. This email will contain a link that you must click to confirm the deletion process.
  4. Final Confirmation: After clicking the confirmation link, you will receive a final confirmation email. Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days.
